Criteria of the Graduate Institute of Russian Studies

Chinese Language Requirements:
According to the “NCCU Admission Guidelines for International Students”, students are required to pass the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) at Level 2 before graduation. If students fail to acquire the certificate at the required level, they will have to take and pass four semesters of NCCU Mandarin Special Course (one course per semester) at their own expense before graduation. (Please refer to p.8 for more information about the aforementioned test)

2.      Must be applied via the nearest Taiwan Embassy or
Representative Office in applicant’s home country.

3.      Time to apply: 16 Feb to 22 Mar (Exact application time: TBA by Taiwan Overseas Representative Offices).

New International Student Scholarship

Master: NT$80,000/person

1.      The department/program will nominate the admitted
students as candidates. The criteria for nomination will be decided by the department/program/college
individually.

2.      New international students who have received other
full scholarships are excluded.
