II)Registration Methods and Dates (Applications will not be accepted after the deadline)
1)Online payment account retrieval period:From 9:00 on November 29, Year 111(2022), to 17:00 on December 13, Year 111(2022)
2)Online application submission period:From 9:00 on November 29, Year 111(2022), to 17:00 on December 13, Year 111(2022)
3)Deadline for Submission of Review Materials: Depends on every institution
a)Traditional Mail:Before December 13, Year 111(2022), postmark serves as time proof.
b)Online uploading: Before 19:00 on December 13, Year 111(2022), overtime application will not be accepted.
III)Procedure of application
According to the page 6-8 of the guidance
1)Obtain the payment account number from the application system.
2)For applicants, please complete the payment through following methods:
a.First Commercial Bank counter
b.ATM (including online banking) payments
c.Phone voice transfer, convenience store payments
d.Credit cards (including UnionPay cards)
e.Taiwan Pay payment
3)Complete your personal information in the application system. After completing the registration, download the PDF application form for your own records.
4)Some other documents might be required depending on the Institute.
IV)In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, candidates holding proof of “confirmed diagnosis” or “home quarantine” may apply for a full refund or request a video interview (see pages 16-17 of the guidelines). However, if departments have separate regulations, those provisions shall prevail.
