Applications for the 2021-22 Russian Government Scholarship are now open. The application period runs from today until March 14. Interested applicants wishing to pursue studies at Russian universities are encouraged to apply. The scholarship covers full tuition for the entire duration of the selected program (including one year of free preparatory studies at a Russian language school if required) and monthly stipends (regardless of the student's academic performance during the study period). Please note that the scholarship does not cover accommodation, transportation costs, or medical insurance. Qualification of Apply : High school graduates or current university students who are interested should first register on the Education in Russia website (URL: https://education-in-russia.com/) and submit their application by February 20, 2021. Selection Method: The selection process consists of two stages: The first stage involves document review and interviews conducted by the Representative Office in Taipei for the Moscow-Taipei Coordination Commission on Economic and Cultural Cooperation(MTC in Taiwan). Announcement of the 2021 Ministry of Education EU Scholarship Selection Guidelines I.Pursuant to the Ministry of Education's letter dated Feburary 20, 2021, No. 1100022132 (Taiwan Education Culture (III) Letter) II. This scholarship is intended for candidates placed on the waiting list for the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees Scholarships program administered by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Education and Culture for the 2021-2022 academic year. Recipients selected through the Ministry of Education's screening process will receive a grant of €12,000 for a duration of one year. III. The detailed guidelines are also available for viewing and downloading on the Ministry of Education's website under the International and Cross-Strait Education Department's webpage: Theme Zone /Overseas Study/Government-Funded Study Abroad and Scholarships Zone/EU Scholarship Information.  

I.Pursuant to the Ministry of Education's letter dated Feburary 8 , 2021, No. 1100020947 (Taiwan Education Culture (III) Letter) II. 5 recommended candidates III.Award Period: For students studying in Poland starting September 2021, the award period is as follows: one academic year for language courses, two academic years for master's programs, and four academic years for doctoral programs. IV. Financial Support: Please refer to the attached Ministry of Education Selection Guidelines. V.Qualification of Apply  1.Nationality of the Republic of China 2.Undergraduate students in their third year or above. 3.Individuals who have not previously received this scholarship. 4. Possess one of the following language proficiency requirements: Applicants who have completed at least one year of Polish language coursework at the university and earned formal academic credits; or those who have completed at least one year of English language coursework with an average grade of 80 or higher; or those who have obtained a language proficiency certificate from any institution listed at the B2 level in the “Correspondence Table of English Proficiency Tests and the CEFR Framework” (Attachment 1). 5. After receiving the award, the recipient must sign an affidavit guaranteeing that during the award period, they will not engage in illegal employment or undertake positions incompatible with their student status. VI. Application Deadline and Submission Location: Applications must be submitted to Ms. Yang in International Education Section of the Office of International Cooperation by 17:00 on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Late submissions will not be accepted.Please arrange the application materials in the specified order, prepare four copies, and secure them with a paper clip. 1.Ministry of Education application form 2.Application Form for the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (Please sign in your own handwriting in the signature field) 3. Autobiography and study plan (including motivation for studying in Poland and at the intended institution), each written in Polish or English. 4.Personal Experience and Outstanding Performance Statement or Certificate (If none, omit) 5. Bachelor diploma (graduating students of the 2020 academic year must submit by July 2021) and transcript. 6. Qualifying proof of language proficiency 7.One letter of recommendation (written in Polish or English) VII.If the number of applicants exceeds the recommended quota, International Cooperation plans to hold an oral interview on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 16, 2021, to determine the university's recommended candidates (calculated as 50% oral interview and 50% academic record). The oral interview will be conducted in Polish, English, or Chinese, with the following criteria: 1. Written Materials: Including autobiography, introduction to Poland, study plan, academic transcripts, personal experience, and outstanding achievements. 25 points. 2. Character and Attitude: Including appearance, manners, demeanor, composure, and international etiquette. 25 points. 3. Verbal and Communication Skills: Includes thinking and responsiveness, verbal expression, English and Polish language proficiency, logical concepts, etc., accounting for 25 points. 4. Academic Knowledge and Current Affairs Understanding: Academic knowledge and understanding of current affairs, accounting for 25 points. VIII. The scholarship application guidelines and relevant forms are attached.

  I. Award Period: From September or October 2021, undertake a 5-month or 10-month period of advanced study or research at a Czech higher education institution. II.Qualification of Apply  1.Nationality of the Republic of China 2.Students who achieve a score of 80 or above in Czech or English during any semester at the university, or who attain any of the following English proficiency levels/scores listed in the “CEF and English Proficiency Test Equivalency Chart” (see attachment) at the B2 level or above (e.g., GEPT Intermediate/Advanced, TOEFL iBT 72, IELTS 5.5) 3.Individuals eligible for overseas training during this period (please independently verify and assess the feasibility of traveling to the Czech Republic, including personal, family, and military service obligations for males of conscription age) 4.If the recipient maintains student status at this institution during the award period, they must follow the procedures outlined in the university's “Regulations for Students Taking Courses Abroad” to enroll in overseas courses. 5.Individuals who have not previously received this scholarship 6.Undergraduate students third year or above; 3 recommended candidates. III.Application Deadline and Submission Location: Applications must be submitted to Mr.Yang in the International Education Section of the Office of International Cooperation by 12:00on Monday ,  February  22, 2021. Late submissions will not be accepted. IV.Please arrange application materials in the specified order. Submit four identical copies, stapled together at the top left corner to form a booklet. Do not use any other binding method. Ministry of Education application form; proof of Czech or English language proficiency; academic transcripts; statement or certificates detailing personal background and outstanding achievements; one study plan and one autobiography written in English or Czech (no word limit); invitation letter from the intended institution for further study or research (the invitation letter may also be submitted after being selected and admitted by the Ministry of Education). V. If the number of applicants exceeds the recommended quota, Office of International Cooperation tentatively plans to hold an oral interview on February 24, 2020, to determine the university's recommended candidates (based on a 50% weighting for the oral interview and 50% for academic performance). VI. The university will submit student application documents to the Ministry of Education for the second round of selection by Friday, February 26, 2021. Students admitted by the Ministry of Education must complete the required supplementary application procedures as stipulated. VII. Scholarship Application Guidelines and Related Forms are attached.
