I.Registration
Please complete before Friday, September 5, year 114 (2025)
The procedure of registration
1.Payment must be made at First Commercial Bank in accordance with the payment regulations (see payment regulations).
2.Students applying for student loans should not make advance payments, however, you must complete two processes:
a. The loan application process and submit the printed “Application for Deferral of Registration Fee Payment”(暫緩繳納註冊費用申請單) obtained through the school's online application system for educational loans.
b.Loan Disbursement Notification completed at Taipei Fubon Bank. If you have applied for “automatic debit,” please be sure to request cancellation of this service from First Commercial Bank to avoid erroneous deductions.
3.Students with reserve military status who are re-enrolling this semester must submit a copy of their discharge order to the Office of Student Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs (OSA) when applying for re-enrollment to request deferred call-up.
Failure to complete registration by the deadline shall be deemed a late registration and will be handled in accordance with Article 13 of the Academic Regulations of National Chengchi University.
Students are required to pay all fees and complete all procedures within the deadline as stipulated in the enrollment notice. Those who fail to complete their enrollment and payment, application for leave of absence, or retention of student status two weeks after the deadline will be subject to Cancellation of Admission Qualification at the time of enrollment if they are new students for the current academic year. Students will either be put on suspension if they have not reached their maximum suspension period as defined in Article 41, or be subject to withdrawal from the University if they have exceeded the maximum suspension period. This excludes situations where students have explained in writing and sought permission otherwise from the Office of Academic Affairs.
II.Course Registration and Attendance
1.Course registration for the first semester of the 114th academic year will continue to be conducted online as per established practice.
2.Students are requested to access course and registration information online starting July 14, year 114 (2025). Materials may also be downloaded. Course details will be additionally posted at the Academic Affairs Office's Course Administration Section and respective colleges, departments, and institutes.
3. The registration period for the first stage of preliminary elections for the first semester of the 114th academic year is from August 19 to August 20, year 114(2025). The registration period for the second stage of preliminary elections is from August 25 to August 27, year 114 (2025).
4.Course registration and add/drop period will be held from September 1 to September 8, year 114 (2025).
5.Classes begin on Monday, September 1, year 114 (2025).
III.Payment Regulations
First Installment Payment: Due by Friday, September 5,year 114(2025).
1.Starting August 11, year 114(2025), students may access the “Current Students” section on the university homepage, select the “Tuition and Fees Payment,” and enter the “Tuition, Fees, and Credit Fee Inquiry and Print” section to view this semester's payment details and print payment slips. Alternatively, payment slips may be printed via the First Commercial Bank website.https://eschool.firstbank.com.tw/member/index.aspx
Freshmen for the 114 academic year should download their registration and payment slips online starting August 26, year 114 (2025), following the instructions provided above.
2.For every students, please complete the payment through following methods:
a.First Commercial Bank counter
b.ATM (including online banking) payments
c.Phone voice transfer, convenience store payments
d.Credit cards (including UnionPay cards)
e.Taiwan Pay payment
3. Students who have delayed registration must pay fees in person at First Commercial Bank branches or via ATM (including online banking) from September 6 to 19, year 114 (2025).
Second Installment Payment: Due by Friday, November 7, year 114 (2025)
1. Following students shall pay the credit fee as required after the add/drop period.
Graduate students enrolled in master's or doctoral programs who take graduate-level courses as well as undergraduate courses.
4. Please access and download your payment slip online starting October 7, year 114 (2025), for this phase.
5. Payment method is the same as the second option for the first phase payment.
6. Students who fail to pay fees by the deadline during this phase will receive a score of zero for the course.
Students who are approved to make supplementary payments through a special application before the withdrawal deadline of the current semester shall pay all originally required fees plus a late payment penalty.
Late fees shall be calculated based on the number of days overdue, charged at one percent of the total amount originally due for every two days overdue, with a maximum of fifteen percent of the total amount due and not exceeding NT$2,000.
